Are you a pet-friendly service and do your cleaning teams use non-toxic or organic products?

We only use non-toxic products for cleaning. As much as we love making a safe cleaning environment for the members, we care for the pets too. So don’t worry, we are here for you and your family including the pets.

Do you offer a guarantee?

We only hire professionals with years of experience. We guarantee their work is no lower than perfection. However, if need be, we will offer 48 hours for re-evaluation of the service. Catering to your needs, we will get back to the location in case of agreement on the re-evaluation in 72 hours.

I booked an appointment. What’s the next step?

Once you booked an appointment, we will send you a confirmation email including all the services you booked. Please confirm as per the email within 24 hours of receiving the mail otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

Do I need to be home?

You don’t need to be home. We are a team of trustworthy professionals and take security very seriously. You can provide us with the key to the house and once we are done, we will go back locking the house to how it was.

How do you set your rates?

We set our rates by the hour. A minimum of two and a half hours of service is required for cleaning.

Can I pick my cleaning day?

Yes, you can. Choose a day to your liking and if it’s not booked, we will let you know through confirmation to provided email or phone number.

Are your employees insured?

All our cleaners are insured. For insurance proof, please email at info@honestpanda.com.

Can I get one hour of service?

The minimum time for each service is 2.5 hours. This is to ensure you get what you are expecting, and the cleaners get time to investigate the area as well.

How long does the service take?

It depends on the type of service you choose and the location. We offer services in residential and commercial as well as industrial areas.

Can I pay for cleaners in cash?

For the service payment, we charge in credit/debit cards for security purposes. However, if you want to appreciate the cleaners, you can tip in cash.

How can I provide feedback or suggestions about my cleaning experience?

We value your feedback and strive to continuously improve our services based on your input. You can provide feedback or suggestions about your cleaning experience by contacting our customer service team directly. Your feedback helps us better understand your needs and preferences, allowing us to deliver the highest level of service possible. Our preference is an online review so that other potential customers can see what the experience was like with us. A Google and/or Yelp Review would be very much appreciated!

Do you offer cleaning services for special events or occasions?

Yes, we offer cleaning services for special events and occasions, including parties, weddings, and corporate events. We take the privacy and confidentiality of our customers seriously. Our cleaning technicians are trained to respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality while working in your home or business. We adhere to strict confidentiality protocols to safeguard your personal information and sensitive data.

Are your cleaning technicians trained and certified?

Yes, our cleaning technicians undergo rigorous training and certification programs to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional cleaning services. They receive ongoing training to stay up-to-date with the latest cleaning techniques and best practices.

How do I pay for cleaning services?

We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and electronic funds transfer (EFT). For your safety and the safety of our cleaners, we prefer not to transact business in cash. Payment is due at the time of service, and our team will provide you with a detailed invoice for your records. Payment is set up on an automated platform, so as soon as the property has been cleaned, a charge is made.

Do you offer cleaning services for outdoor areas, such as patios or decks?

While our primary focus is on indoor cleaning services, we may be able to accommodate cleaning services for outdoor areas such as patios, decks, and balconies, which may require additional tools and accessories for a proper cleaning. What is your pricing structure for cleaning services?

Our pricing structure for cleaning services is based on factors such as the size of your home or property, the scope of the cleaning required, and any additional services requested. Can I request a specific cleaner for my service?

While we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific cleaner since they sometimes are on vacation, sick or otherwise focused on other properties, rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate your request whenever possible. All of our cleaners are trained professionals who adhere to our high standards of quality and professionalism.

How often should I have my home professionally cleaned?

The frequency of professional cleaning depends on factors such as the size of your home or office, your lifestyle, and your personal preferences. We typically recommend scheduling regular cleaning services every week to maintain a clean and healthy living environment. Do I need to provide cleaning supplies, or do you bring your own?

We bring our own cleaning supplies and equipment to every cleaning appointment. Our professional cleaners arrive fully equipped with everything needed to complete the job to the highest standards.

Can I schedule cleaning services for a specific date and time?

Yes, you can schedule cleaning services for a date and time that is convenient for you. Simply contact our team, and we will work with you to find a suitable appointment time that fits your schedule. What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy allows for cancellations or rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee since we schedule cleaners to work the day prior to a cleaning.
